The opening of Renaissance Vinoy Golf & Country Club in 1926 and St. Petersburg Woman’s Club in 1928 cemented Snell Isle’s reputation as a luxuriously upscale neighborhood.
Stunning European and Spanish architecture and gorgeous new constructions mingle together on Snell Isle, and the majority of homes are located along the waterfront. Brightwaters Boulevard has stately, luxurious properties with gorgeous views and private docks that jut out into the pristine waters of Tampa Bay, while the other edges of the island wind along Snell Island Harbour, Coffee Pot Bayou, and Smacks Bayou.
